Where &#8220;Eighty-five percent of the websites for New York\u2019s 500 largest counties, municipalities and school districts failed to earn a passing grade in the Empire Center\u2019s first annual SeeThroughNY Website Report Card.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following this report, many municipalities made it a priority to improve the transparency of their governance and access to information online. I provided layout and user interface suggestions to guide their redevelopment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px;width:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
